Terms and conditions of rendering services by FUNATICOS.COM
Funaticos.com is a website owned by Darek Szylko, operating as GURU company, based in Krakow, Starego Debu 12a/1. The Terms and Conditions state the details of entering into transactions through the website.
Whenever the Terms and Conditions refer to:
The Seller – is understood as the owner of the Website – Dariusz Szylko, operating as GURU company;
The Ordering Party/Consumer – is understood as the person making purchases at the Website;
The Service – is understood as the Funaticos.com platform.
1. Purchasing FUNATICOS products through the website is possible through direct mail contact with the Seller.
2. To place an Order, the Consumer must choose a product (defined by a code) and send an e-mail message to email@example.com with information on size, color, and (trousers only) version.
3. Order pick-up can be made personally at the company’s location (ul. Starego Dębu 12a/1) or other location in Krakow, after agreeing the details with the Seller.
4. The Order can also be delivered to an address provided by the seller, with additional payment determined in the delivery price list. Choosing a delivery method is possible after completing an order.
5. After making an Order, the Consumer shall receive an e-mail message confirming the Order.
1. The Consumer who ordered at a distance can withdraw from the Order without stating the reasons to do so, through a suitable statement, submitted within three days from Order delivery date, through an e-mail message. In order to comply with the time period, it is sufficient to send the statement before its expiration.
2. In the case of exercising the Right mentioned above, the Consumer is obliged to send the delivered order back in unchanged condition (at their expense). Funaticos.com remunerates the Order amount to a bank account. The sum shall be reduced by the shipping cost.
Should the delivered product not match the product ordered, the Ordering Party has the right to exchange the product and receive the product ordered.
In such case, Funaticos.com covers the expenses related to product shipping.
Complaints are evaluated within a period of fourteen days. Should the evaluation be positive, the Ordering Party shall receive a replacement. If the evaluation is negative, Funaticos.com sends the product back at its own expense.
Should the product ordered be unavailable, Funaticos.com informs the Ordering Party of the fact via mail or phone. The Ordering Party can choose to receive the reimbursement via bank transfer or be compensated with products equivalent in value to the sum owed, as chosen by the Ordering Party. In such case, Funaticos.com covers the shipping costs.
